Domestic Delivery Policy:

We use Thailand Post or similar for domestic delivery within Thailand. It will take approximately 1-3 days for delivered. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and traffic.

International Delivery Policy:

We use Thailand Post for international delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and can range from 7-28 days. Please note that some pre-order items may require longer preparation time than usual. We will communicate with you regarding the estimated preparation time for pre-order items.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that we cannot control the customs process and we cannot predict how long it will take for your package to clear customs.
