About the Brass
The warm golden color comes from the natural polished brass itself, not from a gold-plated surface, so the color will not peel away. Over time, brass may naturally darken or develop a patina depending on wear, humidity, and contact with skin. It can be gently cleaned and polished to restore its shine.
